Dashboard: Transcribe

For audio or video files in the workspace, Kura-chan can transcribe them to text and save the result so you can read and search it later.

Before you begin

• Put an audio or video file in Agent Drive — upload it or send it from LINE.
• Transcription is a paid feature, billed against a monthly quota of transcription minutes.

Steps

1. Open Agent Drive and go to the folder with the audio or video file.

2. Right-click the file and choose Transcribe. The menu shows your remaining transcription quota.

   

3. Confirm in the dialog. Transcription runs in the background; longer files take more time. When it finishes, the transcript is saved to the workspace.

Note

If a file was already transcribed, you’re asked whether to redo it (which uses quota again). Files judged to be non-speech get a note explaining that.

Troubleshooting

• Transcribe shows a lock icon or says it’s paid. Transcription is a paid feature — you need to upgrade your plan, or your monthly quota is used up.
• Transcription fails. The reason is shown; try again later.

Next steps

Once transcription finishes, you can add the transcript to Memory Kura.
